We're a Christian-based company that strongly believes in putting others before ourselves. Owner Byron Hatcher is a licensed real estate agent and entrepreneur based in the Nashville, TN area with business also in the Savannah, GA market.

Servant leadership, providing more value than what we're getting paid for, communicating professionally and effectively, thoroughness of contract and written record, and leading our industry are values that shape us. We are not a perfect company, but we strive for excellence in all that we do.

BYRON HATCHER

Owner & Director

I'm an entrepreneur with businesses in Georgia and Tennessee. I hold active real estate licenses in both states, while also owning Realtor teams in the Nashville, TN & Savannah, GA markets. I co-own ContractCoordinator.com with my wife Chelsea, a Transaction Coordinator company that specializes in real estate contracts and assistance. In real estate, I work with residential, commercial, land, first time home buyers, investors, and developers. I don't pick and choose clients based on price. I enjoy working with everyone in all walks of life. I also help people going through special situations, including the purchase/sell of family trust properties, divorces, 1031 exchanges, and more.

I plan to soon become a Private Pilot, allowing me to more quickly travel between states and expand our business across the region. I'm currently a Student Pilot at Murfreesboro Aviation (KMBT). I'm also a sports, hunting, fishing, outdoors, coffee, foodie, pets, and fitness fanatic. And I love my family and friends very much. Life is too short!
